Challenge

  1. Create a VoiceBot that interacts with user, real time over the voice, thereby eliminating the need of any ChatBot or query based system.
  2. Use IBM Watson to develop the VoiceBot and the required conversation.
  3. VoiceBot will interact with IBM Watson Conversation layer and RPA robots to give the command to do the required tasks i.e. filing the timesheet over the voice.

Our Solution

  1. Designed and developed a VoiceBot application using IBM Watson Services to build real time conversation with user and do specific tasks over the voice.
  2. VoiceBot interacts with user like a customer support and provides the solution to the user’s queries and actions.
  3. System interacts with IBM Watson Services to fetch the data from any CMS system and uses RPA Bots to do the necessary tasks like completing the Time Sheet.

Results

  1. Intelligent VoiceBot application that interacts with user to build conversations and respond in a similar fashion as a customer support does and do the specific tasks using RPA bots.
  2. Real time results though very simple conversations with the bot.
