Booking platform that is allow Admin to manage his bookings & Assets. Products are listed on the portals as per categories and availabilities on the specific dates. Products are being provided on rent, they are basically events games for kids as well as adults like (bouncy castle, face painting etc.)
This booking system for the enquiry that client receive from three portal (These are all informative site related to events booking for kids). Clients can book products on rent for fixed dates. Where they are organizing the events.
Client can book the package also for reduce the money and get organized products on same date availability.
Payment gateway integration: PayPal & World pay payment gateway integration as well as cash or bank transfer also. The payment will be made by clients via PayPal or bank transfer outside the portal, we will then update the booking with the payment so we need to be able to input the payment and it to deduct from the final money owed.
Admin can send Email & SMS notifications or messages to the customer for any update. Admin can create templates, share the same with the customer and can schedule emails to send 7 days prior to the booking or on the day of the booking or after the booking etc.

We have created 5 portals which are Admin portal, Order Booking portal and three other portals to list out products on three different websites. These are three website from where authorized customer can add their products and packages in their cart in the required period of time.
All the inventory are managed in admin portal like all bookings, booking confirmation mail, email templates, invoices (paid and due).
And order portal where customer will go to book their products which are added in their cart. Here customer can manage their bookings only so that’s why this portal is named by Order portal.

We are managing all portals using organized coding pattern. We have created all masters first than transactions. Admin has full access of masters and transactions in the system.
We have added text editors which help to create email and sms templates to admin.
