About Client:

India based company which provides a platform where Owners, Agencies can post their properties and buyers can contact owners, agencies to buy those properties

Client Requirements:

• Client requirements was to create a portal like 99acres.com, magicbricks.com and other leading property platforms with some additional features on top of it.

Solution Developed:

1. As I mentioned there is multiple user type role required in this project to manage the user dashboard.
   • Users (Agency, Agent, Builder, and Owner of property) can register and post property.
   • After registration there will some fixe wallet balance will be add into every user to post the property.
   • Admin will review the every post and then publish the property after that it will be listed on user side else it will not.
   • Admin will also approved user then after the user details will be visible on site else not
2. Dynamic property post form according to property type.
   There was a list of property type which will be published under either SELL or RENT so according to that condition we have developed dynamic form input field on property details form.
3. Publish or keep in draft. If User wants then property will be published after paying amount from wallet or he May publish it later. Now according to these dynamic form details input field we have developed A dynamic property details page also with custom complex backend query.
4. Custom Search Engine. We have to develop customs search engine including search suggestions. The condition was if user clicks on our search suggestion then we have to return only matched condition only Or if user input random string like city, State or project name then we have to return all the property which contains those words. Final result will be in descending order by published or refresh date then spot light on top after that Basic listing.
5. Property listing types.
   • Spot Light Listing
     1. Users have to spend extra wallet amount to make spot list listing type.
     2. These types of listings will have highlighted colour on search result.
     3. Spot light listing will be on top result on search result.
   • Basic Listing
     1. This type of listing will come after spotlight.
     2. There will be no any special highlighted colour for these property types.
6. Property Refresh.
   There was a concept developed that latest posted property will be on top on search result but to mention their position publisher have to refresh their property and that will done after paying some wallet balance. If a property published today it will be shown on top (If spot light then it will be on first if basic then after spot light result), But after 7 Day if it will be not refresh then it will be shown at descending order by date (Refreshed or Published date) .
7. Property Upgrade.
   If user have publish the property in basic category and later on wants to move to spotlight feature then there will be a system from where he can upgrade the property to spot light after paying some fixed wallet amount.
8. Wallet amount reward.
   To attract the user into system we have develop a system to give user wallet amount as reward if he logins into some fixed time interval which will be automatic and a option by which admin can also give some special wallet rewards.

Activities Performed

1. We discussed with client in details and finalize the project scope and the major task which they want. Client wants a quick solution including above major task with lots of extra functionality.
2. Finally we had decided to get WordPress themes which meet our requirement approx. 50-60% Rest we will Customize/Develop.
3. We have finalized our project scope document and get it approves from client.
4. We had finalized the resources for this project including one senior PHP developer, One junior PHP Developer, and A part time UI/UX designer.
5. We had customize the search functionality with customs backend query in child them.
6. We had developed custom dynamic template and functions for posting the property or saving the draft.
7. We had integrated the payment gateway (PayU) for adding amount in walled.
8. We had developed the custom wallet system to do all the activity within application, Payment gateway had only used for adding wallet amount nothing else.
9. We had developed the details log system for wallet and log system for invoice for purchasing the wallet packages Details.
10. We had developed the financial transection log in invoice including TAX/GST.
