India based B2B Company which provides a platform for Agents to book custom holiday packages on behalf of their customers
Client Requirements:
- This is a b2b tour and travel portal. Authorized agents can create and book the holiday package. This portal is providing hotels booking system. It filters the list of hotels in the particular city where user want to visit.
- End user has no access for booking process, they will only get email for confirmation that the booking is done by agent.
- Agents can earn points and make money using this portal.
- Agents can set their own margin as per they want.
Solution Developed:
- Users are divided a per their departments like sales, marketing, finance, hotel inventories staff, managers, call centre and agents, delivery person, account staff.
- Agent will visit the portal and register his/her account. Set the margin by editing profile section.
- Agent visits the hotel list by using filter as per city name which shows types of rooms and facilities and per day cost.
- Agent can create package and calculate the cost per day.
- It has cab booking system also which work as per distance while start points and end point system.
